Why does Linnette only see patients in the afternoon?
It
is not uncommon for an alternative physician to work only a few days a
week so that he/she can attend to his/her own health requirements.
I prefer to use my mornings for exercise, research and office matters.
Afternoons are reserved for patients. Evenings are typically spent
reading and/or meditating quietly.
What is Linnette's exercise program? I
bike 15 miles each morning. In addition, I either lift weights for 45
minutes or swim for 30 minutes. That's a total of about 1.5 - 1.75
hours of exercise per day. Like everyone else, I'm getting older and
prefer exercise that is easier on my joints.
Does Linnette take supplements, homeopathy, smoothies and saunas? Yes.
Did Linnette have her own fillings taken out? What about the rest of the staff there? Yes,
I had a mouthful of fillings and I had them all replaced in the early
1990's. Yes, all of us have had our amalgam fillings removed. Having
fillings removed, however, can be very dangerous and should not be done
without the supervision of a physician and dental team!
Does Linnette eat any seafood?
Although I love fish and seafood, I no longer eat it due to the mercury
changes seen in my lab tests when I do. I understand the toxicity of
mercury. Bluntly, I fear mercury more than I love the taste of seafood.
Linnette seems like such a different person at the clinic compared to when I see her away from the clinic. Why is that?
At the clinic, I have a lot on my mind. Patients are putting their
lives in my hands. I take that role seriously. So, if I seem
unsmiling and serious at the clinic, it is NOT because I'm upset with
you. It is because I'm thinking! My motto: Work hard. Play hard.
