of all, I applaud you for taking the first steps toward "taking back

the return of your health, vigor, vitality and excitement for life.
Life is exciting! There is so much to do, so much to see and so
little time on this earth to do it all. And that is why it is
important that we nourish our health---so we can enjoy "a life full of
life."
Every week I hear that a doctor has told someone that it
is "normal" to feel tired, run-down, depressed and full of aches, pain and "soft addictions". Why is this normal? Because all of the doctor's patients have
these symptoms and, very likely, the doctor has these symptoms himself.
Or it is the words of a doctor who hasn't found the answer to restore
youth, vitality and vigor in himself and/or his patient population, and
thus,
wants the pestering patient just to go home, stop complaining and
accept that this is the way things are meant to be.
However, hear this now: A life lacking in vitality is NOT "normal".A life lacking in vitality is NOT "optimal". But, yes, sadly, it is the experience of the "average" mid-age American today.Normal,
average and optimal -- three words with three different definitions,
but all three words are used interchangeably and they shouldn't be.
Mid-life
-- the time of life where earnings are highest, kids are grown and we
should be looking forward to the next phase of our life with our
beloved. And instead, we are left facing a life devoid of youthful
vitality. And the words "Youth is wasted on the young" becomes all
too well understood for us.
